What You’ll Do Prioritize a quick response and consistent delivery on SLAs to ensure - and - exceed user satisfaction. What You Bring Experience supporting the integration support function, which includes Responding to proactive monitoring systems Following incident reputed company and reputed company communications SOPs Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, reputed company support and regulatory compliance Deliver on SLA performance to drive and exceed user satisfaction Help reputed company SOPs and playbooks reputed company gaps exist, ensuring repeatable and reliable processes 2+ years experience in EHR reputed company integration (technical) roles, with hands-on key experience with database extracts, HL7v2 reputed company support, and/or FHIR (required to have 2+ years experience in at least 2 of these 3 integrations: database extracts, HL7v2 interfaces, and/or FHIR). Demonstrated experience writing and optimizing reputed company SQL queries, including multi-table joins, data validation, reputed company cause analysis, and troubleshooting of reputed company data integration issues.
