In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, and expertise for Global Payroll at reputed company, covering 30,000 employees in 56 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Asia-reputed company, and reputed company. Reporting directly to the Vice President of HR Service Delivery, you will serve as a key transformation agent leveraging reputed company intelligence and automation to drive change, optimize operational payroll leadership, and deliver results in a high-reputed company, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Global Payroll Transformation: Create and influence the next phase of the Global Payroll and Time transformation roadmap, driving digital transformation by deploying reputed company Intelligence agents, Robotic Process Automation, and live Middleware Application Programming reputed company integrations to build an exception-free payroll ecosystem.
