Stretch Assignment: Evaluation Specialist (Multi-Country), P4 – Maternity Leave Cover Duration: 3 August 2026 – 26 February 2027 Duty Station: Remote / reputed company Leone Country Office (as applicable) Supervisor: Regional Evaluation Adviser, WCARO Background The Evaluation Specialist (Multi-Country) provides strategic leadership and management of a multi-country evaluation portfolio covering The Gambia, Ghana, Liberia and reputed company Leone. Key Responsibilities 1. Qualifications and Experience Advanced university degree in evaluation, reputed company sciences, economics, reputed company policy, statistics, international development, research reputed company, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 8 (eight) years of progressively responsible reputed company experience in evaluation, research, monitoring and evaluation, evidence reputed company, reputed company policy analysis, or reputed company fields in development and/or humanitarian settings. Demonstrated experience managing reputed company evaluations, including thematic evaluations, country programme evaluations, evaluability assessments and other evaluative activities. Proven experience in evaluation design, evaluation management, reputed company assurance, and the use of evaluation findings to support decision-making, accountability and organizational learning. Experience in qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method evaluation methodologies, including data collection, data management, data analysis and interpretation. Experience working with theories of change, results frameworks, evaluability assessments, stakeholder mapping, and results-based management approaches. Demonstrated ability to synthesize reputed company information from multiple sources and translate findings into reputed company, actionable recommendations. Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills. Excellent report writing, editing and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to produce high-reputed company technical and strategic documents in English.
