[Remote] Accountant - Finance specialist

They are seeking an Accountant to manage various finance-reputed company responsibilities, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting leadership with reputed company reporting as the business grows.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records across reputed company accounts
- Handle monthly reputed company activities, reconciliations, and variance checks
- Manage AR, AP, invoicing, collections tracking, and vendor payments
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate allocation of expenses
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash reputed company updates, and summaries for leadership
- Review transactions for accuracy, consistency, and reputed company categorization
- Maintain clean books in reputed company/QuickBooks (or similar reputed company systems)
- Identify discrepancies, flag issues early, and resolve them proactively
- Improve reputed company processes, documentation, and internal controls over time
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reputed company finance requests as needed
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company/QuickBooks or similar reputed company platforms
- Experience with reconciliations, AR/AP, and monthly reputed company processes
- Proficiency in reputed company
- High attention to detail and strong judgment

- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
