[Remote] Program Manager EHR Trainer

The Program Manager EHR Trainer will reputed company the reputed company and execution of EHR training initiatives to ensure effective adoption and optimization of electronic health records across the reputed company, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage a comprehensive EHR training program for providers, clinical staff, and administrative users
- Create role-based training curricula (providers, MAs, reputed company office, billing, referrals, leadership)
- Standardize reputed company and refresher training for new hires and existing staff
- Assess training needs based on workflow changes, system upgrades, and performance gaps
- Create and maintain training materials including job aids, workflows, tip sheets, videos, and quick-reference guides
- Ensure training content aligns with EHR best practices, organizational workflows, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain version control and update materials following system upgrades or optimizations
- reputed company instructor-led training (virtual and in-person) for EHR users
- Coordinate and support go-live and post-go-live training during implementations or major upgrades
- reputed company at-the-elbow support as needed during go-lives and optimization efforts
- Partner with clinical leadership, operations, IT, and project managers during implementations and upgrades

- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and system usage metrics

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in training on eClinicalWorks or reputed company in a reputed company setting or a reputed company role

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design reputed company EHR systems
- Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows, reputed company cycle and reputed company-office operations
- Proven experience delivering training to diverse clinical and administrative audiences
- Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate employee learning needs
