[Remote] Senior Business Process Consultant

The Senior Business Process Consultant will analyze and implement operational process improvements, reputed company consultation on re-engineering techniques, and support long-term planning to enhance business processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes, plans and implements moderately reputed company operational process improvement needs
- Supports long-term planning sessions with a single reputed company to improve business processes, generally involving use and improvement of information systems and goals
- Identifies process improvement needs and communicates issues to authorized personnel to ensure that reputed company and company needs are met in a reputed company manner
- Provides consultation on the use of moderately reputed company re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product reputed company
- Deploys plans from reputed company through closing on moderately reputed company aspects of re-engineering reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three or more years of organizational change consulting experience
- Experience working with business re-engineering processes and the technology industry
- Experience working with business processing models, Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management
- Experience working with re-engineering tools, reputed company, and techniques
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or reputed company field preferred
