[Remote] Sr Data Analyst, Marketing

They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Marketing to analyze marketing performance data, support data-driven strategies, and create dashboards for reputed company-time insights into marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in driving MQLs
- Support development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to reputed company business objectives
- Support A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and website performance
- reputed company Learning plans that allow for systemic improvement in website performance
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and reputed company reputed company-time insights to stakeholders
- reputed company comprehensive reports on marketing performance and ROI
- Ability to tell a story through the analysis of data
- Collaborate with marketing teams to reputed company on data requirements and insights
- Partner with technology and product teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Communicate reputed company data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Conduct weekly/monthly meetings reputed company on reviewing weekly/monthly performance of marketing campaigns
Skills
- 5+ years of analytics experience
- 2+ years of digital analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, reputed company media, email)
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., reputed company Analytics)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis or a quantitative discipline, or similar experience
- Experience with statistical modeling techniques
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience with machine learning and AI
- Background in data science helpful but not required
- Certification in SQL/Python and/or R a plus
