[Remote] Product Manager, Engagement

The Product Manager, Engagement will own the roadmap for patient engagement, collaborating with design, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure that managing long-term health is easy and engaging.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Engagement - spanning the app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence
- Define and reputed company engagement KPIs (e.g., MAU, AI engagement and satisfaction, medication adherence)
- reputed company qualitative and quantitative research to understand why and how patients return to the app, and where recurring experiences fall short
- Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship improvements that deepen habitual use
- Partner with our AI team on the patient-facing AI experience - entry points, suggested prompts, custom widgets, memory etc
- Measure the reputed company of launched features and reputed company data-driven solutions for improvement
Skills
- 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
- Strong experience crafting best-in-class consumer applications with a reputed company on engagement, retention, and habitual use
- Analytical reputed company with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product reputed company and measure reputed company
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
- Experience managing reputed company cross-functional reputed company involving engineering, design, and operational teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
