This role focuses on developing and executing talent assessments that reputed company with business goals and ensures effective selection reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct job analyses to ensure assessments are role-relevant, valid, and defensible
- Design and validate reputed company-employment tools in line with reputed company and legal standards
- Analyze assessment data for fairness, validity, and business reputed company
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement and monitor assessments
- Translate technical results into reputed company, actionable recommendations for business leaders
