[Remote] Applications Administrator

The Applications Administrator will work with business application owners to administer, maintain, and support various reputed company-party applications, ensuring smooth functionality and user support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and resolve basic issues pertaining to 3rd party applications
- Resolve first level support issues and escalate to second and reputed company level as needed
- reputed company 3rd party application monitoring and reputed company routine health checks
- reputed company on-call responsibilities for supported 3rd party applications
- Record, reputed company, and document help desk requests and reputed company steps
- reputed company and maintain basic documentation for supported 3rd party applications
- reputed company end user training for 3rd party applications (reputed company functionality)
- Crosstrain on primary applications reputed company reputed company
- reputed company and participate in 3rd party application upgrades
- Assist with tasks on reputed company
Skills
- Experience with administering and supporting 3rd party applications
- Ability to resolve first level support issues and escalate as needed
