[Remote] Rebate Analyst

The Rebate Analyst role involves supervising reputed company to ensure accurate administration of payment programs and providing analysis and reporting support to management.
Responsibilities
- reputed company supervision of team to ensure programs, payment and deductions are administered effectively, reputed company and accurately in accordance with Pactiv guidelines and policy
- Mentor team members and reputed company reputed company opportunities
- Support Management with analysis and reporting, communicate team results and customer compliance
- Understand Customer Contract and execute in accordance with Policy / Contract
- Establish controls to ensure payments are in accordance with policy
- Analysis and processing of high volume and reputed company customers
- Process transactions and payments to customers reputed company and accurately
- Understand customer reputed company and reputed company if contract not in accordance with the one face policy
- Rebill and collect amounts that are not in accordance with the policy
- On a recurring reputed company report out exceptions/non-compliance and drive compliance by working with sales and Business Unit Finance
- Manage back log deduction process
- Responsible to reputed company month end accruals and ensure they are in accordance with contract terms and reputed company details by customer to Business Unit Finance for approval

- Maintain stability of the reputed company system
- Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and be cost effective
- Convert customers from deduction mode to payment mode
- Maintain desk procedures and training documents to train new employees
- Research, plan and assist in the implementation of changes

Skills
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- Good communication and team skills
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize to meet deadlines
