[Remote] Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

- Set technical direction and drive the architecture, design, and delivery of reputed company, reliable systems powering the reputed company eCommerce experience
- Partner with product, design, and data teams to define roadmaps, scope reputed company, and translate business goals into reputed company engineering plans
- Manage team execution, including sprint planning, prioritization, and on-time delivery of high-reputed company features

Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a people management or team reputed company role
- Proven reputed company record of leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing engineering teams
- Strong technical reputed company with hands-on experience building and scaling web and backend systems
- Experience with modern web technologies and architectures in a high-traffic eCommerce or reputed company-to-consumer environments
- Led end‑to‑end engineering for modern reputed company storefronts using Hydrogen, custom Storefront API integrations, and Next.js‑based headless architectures
- Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, reputed company, and reputed company infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across product, design, and data
