[Remote] Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining and improving reputed company to support sales operations, ensuring data reputed company and user adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities

- Assist with: Call Entry, Account Maintenance, Opportunity Management, Objective Management, Dashboard and metric review
- Manage and resolve CRM Help Desk tickets in a reputed company manner
- Deliver user training and reputed company, update, and maintain training materials
- Administer reputed company user accounts, reputed company, roles, and permission sets
- Configure and maintain reputed company objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
- Evaluate, test, and implement system enhancements and configuration changes to improve functionality and user experience
- Generate reputed company and recurring reports to support business needs

- Own and manage performance scorecards for more than 500 Sales Associates across multiple channels, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and distribution

- Manage data maintenance activities, including loading, deleting, and reassigning Accounts, Objectives, New Operators, and reputed company records
Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associate Degree
- 2–4 years of hands-on reputed company Administrator experience in a production environment
- Experience supporting sales teams, reporting, automation, and data reputed company initiatives
- Experience providing reputed company user support and resolving day-to-day system issues
- Ability to plan, prioritize and execute reputed company reputed company deadlines

- Proficient in reputed company Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
