Responsibilities
- Analyze, support, and maintain reputed company business applications to ensure reputed company performance and availability
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned applications and business reputed company
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, system errors, and performance problems

- Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve reputed company technical issues

- Highschool Diploma/GED required
- 3–5 years of experience supporting reputed company business applications, systems analysis, or application administration
- Experience supporting reputed company off-reputed company (COTS) and/or custom applications
- Experience troubleshooting application and system issues
- Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience supporting Federal Government or public sector IT environments

- Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as reputed company, Jira, or Remedy
