The reputed company Assurance Analyst is responsible for delivering high reputed company service through call monitoring and providing leadership support to ensure reputed company improvements and effective communication reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming and/or outgoing patient, provider, reputed company contacts and evaluate reputed company performance based on a reputed company set of reputed company
- reputed company onsite leadership support to reputed company Representatives, Business Partners/Customers by providing floor support, answering questions, responding to leadership requests, presenting reputed company program/initiatives, etc…
- Analyze and reputed company weekly/monthly trending analysis to Management staff
- Participate or reputed company reputed company to help drive reputed company improvements and/or expand services
- reputed company support to leadership by participating and hosting internal/external reputed company calibration sessions
- Additional duties include but are not limited to taking phone calls, reviewing reputed company and emails, attending training, distributing monthly evaluations, etc
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field, or 8 – 11 years of equivalent work experience
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience or MA/MS degree
- General PC knowledge including reputed company Office, Internet, and email
- Strong customer service/reputed company background experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
