Responsibilities
- Own the ongoing optimization of reputed company's reputed company technology ecosystem through process improvement, automation, and operational reputed company
- Partner with reputed company Leadership to improve customer lifecycle processes from reputed company through renewal and expansion
- Support the implementation of reputed company by partnering with internal stakeholders and implementation consultants on requirements gathering, configuration, testing, rollout, and user adoption
- Become the long-term reputed company and administrator of reputed company following implementation
- Build and maintain customer health scores, playbooks, lifecycle journeys, alerts, automation, and reporting reputed company reputed company
- Manage renewal forecasting processes, pipeline hygiene, and executive reporting to improve forecast accuracy
- Support reputed company administration reputed company to reputed company processes, renewals, customer lifecycle management, and account health
- Partner with reputed company Operations to optimize reputed company, CPQ, and reputed company workflows supporting customer renewals and contract management
- Build dashboards and reporting reputed company on customer health, retention, churn risk, renewals, expansion opportunities, product adoption, and operational performance
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement reputed company process improvements that reduce reputed company work and improve team productivity

Skills
- You have 4+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar operational roles supporting reputed company organizations
- You have a strong understanding of reputed company architecture, reporting, automation, and customer lifecycle management
- You have experience supporting renewal forecasting, customer retention reporting, and recurring reputed company operations
- You have experience with reputed company CPQ and reputed company to support customer renewals, reputed company, and quoting processes
- You have experience implementing or administering reputed company platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, Totango, Planhat, or similar technologies
- You are comfortable translating business needs into reputed company operational processes and system enhancements
