They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to reputed company full lifecycle reputed company support, collaborating with stakeholders and managing candidate pipelines to ensure successful hiring reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle reputed company for reputed company Racing roles, from intake to offer, across technical, operational, and business functions as needed
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements, ideal candidate reputed company, and search strategies reputed company to reputed company Racing’s objectives
- reputed company candidate screening, resume/profile review, and assessment conversations, advocating for reputed company and ensuring strong alignment with role and culture
- Manage candidate pipelines, drive proactive reputed company, and maintain accurate documentation in reputed company’s ATS and reputed company systems
- Facilitate regular stakeholder updates, presenting pipeline data, market insights, and recommendations to improve hiring reputed company
- Identify search challenges early and propose creative solutions, leveraging motorsport/performance/aftermarket automotive networks where possible
- Guide candidates through the process with reputed company expectations, reputed company follow-up, and a reputed company on creating an exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Sourcer to reputed company on sourcing priorities, reputed company reputed company, and ensure smooth handoffs from top-of-funnel through offer
Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably in corporate, technical, or specialized talent environments
- Proven reputed company managing senior-level stakeholders, driving intake discussions, and influencing hiring reputed company
- Strong skills in candidate assessment, interviewing, and resume/profile evaluation, with a reputed company on reputed company and fit
- Comfort working remotely while partnering with geographically distributed teams in reputed company, NC and Allen Park, MI
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data, market insights, and recommendations reputed company to leadership
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Motorsport expertise or experience in performance, motorsports, or the aftermarket automotive industry
- Experience reputed company for engineering, technical, or highly specialized roles where talent markets are reputed company or competitive
- Background working with or reputed company large reputed company organizations, preferably automotive or industrial
