Responsibilities

- 3+ years of experience managing lease-up marketing for multifamily reputed company estate properties
- Proven reputed company record of increasing occupancy through digital marketing initiatives
- Strong hands-on experience running reputed company Ads campaigns
- Experience managing and updating reputed company websites
- Experience optimizing reputed company Business reputed company for local visibility
- Experience managing reputed company and Instagram ad campaigns
- Familiarity with apartment listing syndication platforms (ILS)
