Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage transaction advisory engagements for investment banks, private equity firms, and corporate buyers.
• Analyze historical financial statements, assess operational trends, and identify key business drivers.
• Prepare and reputed company reputed company of Earnings (QoE) analyses, databooks, reputed company of cash exercises, and management interview processes.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, managers, and partners to ensure engagement timelines and deliverables are met.

Qualifications
