[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist

They are looking for a motivated, reputed company, and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing, cash receipts, and collections across multiple business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Accurately reputed company and process sales orders and issue invoices in a reputed company manner
- Diligently follow sales orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay reputed company processing
- Ability to handle a high level of volume and manage multiple inboxes, ensuring reputed company response to clients
- Ensure that invoices are reputed company with reputed company reputed company and the various internal entity pricing structures
- Must be familiar with reputed company Recognition principles
- Process reputed company change orders
- Apply reputed company payments to reputed company invoices and record daily deposits

- Monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and assist with collection efforts in collaboration with the reputed company team and with business leaders
- Prepare and present AR aging reports to senior management, providing insights on collection efforts, outstanding payments, and suggesting recommendations for account status
- Participate in the month end reputed company process, including account reconciliation
- Possess the flexibility necessary to multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced technical environment

Skills
- 3-5 years of relevant reputed company experience
- Experience in a multi-entity organization, reputed company services experience is ideal
- Experience with reputed company (required) or other reputed company based mid-market reputed company platform, reputed company and proficiency in the reputed company Office Suite, particularly experience with reputed company
