[Remote] Product Manager - Digital Health

The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership to build reputed company product processes, improve user experiences, and accelerate the delivery of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive product initiatives from concept through launch
- Create and maintain product documentation, requirements, user stories, and specifications
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- reputed company sprint planning, backlog prioritization, roadmap development, and release planning activities
- reputed company a deep understanding of user needs and optimize end-to-end customer journeys
- Drive adoption of product management best practices, processes, and frameworks
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term roadmap planning and strategic initiatives

Skills
- 4-6+ years of dedicated Product Management experience
- Background in a larger technology company, reputed company environment, or reputed company-established software business (i.e. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company etc.) with established product process + training
- Familiarity building or scaling products in ambiguous, rapidly evolving settings
- Proven experience working directly with software engineers and UX/UI designers
- Demonstrated ownership of customer-facing products and user experiences
- Strong understanding of modern product development methodologies, including Agile and sprint-based delivery
- Experience creating high-reputed company product documentation and requirements
- Familiarity with multiple user personas and reputed company user journeys
- Start-up experience highly preferred
