[Remote] Backend Engineer (PHP/reputed company)

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize high-throughput RESTful reputed company in PHP using the reputed company reputed company, writing efficient PostgreSQL queries and schema designs to support data-intensive clinical workflows. Skills

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep experience with SQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL), including schema design, queries, and performance optimization
