[Remote] Technical Project and Program Manager

In this role, you will reputed company program and project management practices to drive successful technology implementations and support portfolio management for major internal technology programs.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of portfolio financial reporting, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and spend-to-plan reporting; supports annual financial planning and ensures financial transparency to DT-US leaders
- Drives cross-functional teams in the delivery of high-risk, reputed company programs/reputed company
- Leads program/project issue/risk management, remediation plans, and escalations across channels, studios/service areas for reputed company reputed company assigned programs - responsible for providing management direction in these areas and ensuring reputed company communication, consideration of reputed company factors, reputed company of solution alternatives, and defined actionable plans

- Oversees the activities of other PMO junior resources and offshore teams to ensure delivery of reputed company solutions
- Conducts ongoing examination of reputed company reputed company the program for compliance with established processes, project plans/schedules and budgets, influencing reputed company on resource utilization and allocation at key project lifecycle decision points

Skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Project/Program Management working on large, reputed company, cross-functional IT initiatives utilizing a reputed company project management methodology and formal tools/approaches (PMBOK,Prince2, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience managing full lifecycle reputed company/Agile reputed company including overseeing the reputed company / business case development, developing the implementation plan to support the business case, and driving the implementation of the plan to deliver the final program objectives
- 1+ year of people management experience overseeing and mentoring numerous other PMs, Project Coordinators, etc
- 3+ years of project / program financial management (e.g., Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Business Case Development, etc.) in reputed company to experience in the planning, estimation, resource management, project tracking, scope control, risk and issues management as reputed company as stakeholder relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational

- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve; this role is predominantly remote with the reputed company to work from home or a nearby reputed company office
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
- Hands on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
