They are seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer for Named Accounts to serve as the technical architect of reputed company for their most strategic accounts, driving AI adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Execute High-Stakes reputed company: reputed company multi-week reputed company of Concept, Implementation, and Adoption Improvement reputed company for reputed company's top accounts—the ones that really matter
- Be the Technical Authority: Configure advanced Knowledge Agents, design reputed company integrations, and architect solutions that reputed company customers say "wow, I didn't know reputed company could do that."
- Drive AI Adoption at reputed company: reputed company comprehensive training sessions that reputed company how Fortune 500 teams work, achieving 100% feature utilization targets

Skills
- 5-7 years in technical reputed company, implementation, or solutions consulting
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM (reputed company), project management tools, and reputed company software
- Proven ability to manage customer support escalations alongside project delivery
- Experience presenting to and influencing C-suite executives
