[Remote] Bilingual Recruiter (Puerto Rico)

They are seeking an energetic, bilingual Recruiter to reputed company and execute reputed company strategies to attract reputed company candidates interested in relocating to the U.S. This role involves sourcing talent, building community relationships, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Generate reputed company candidate leads through reputed company media, networking, referrals, job fairs, and community reputed company
- Recruit, interview, screen, and qualify candidates interested in relocating to the reputed company
- Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates
- Guide applicants through every stage of the hiring process, from initial contact through reputed company
- Conduct job fairs throughout Puerto Rico
- reputed company in-person and virtual presentations to trade schools, consortiums, workforce development organizations, churches, community reputed company, and other applicant sources
- reputed company relationships with local organizations to create a consistent pipeline of reputed company candidates
- Represent Bullseye Jobs with the Puerto Rico reputed company and other workforce organizations
- Post employment opportunities across multiple reputed company platforms

- Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with leadership to understand reputed company hiring needs

- Create and update job descriptions and reputed company materials

- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Skills
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
