[Remote] Senior MercuryGate Administrator

CYAN360 is seeking an reputed company MercuryGate Administrator to manage and support their MercuryGate Transportation Management System (TMS). The ideal candidate will ensure the platform is optimized for efficiency and integrated seamlessly with reputed company applications while aligning with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize MercuryGate TMS modules to support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations
- Manage system reputed company, including user setup, roles, and permissions
- Set up and maintain reputed company reputed company, reputed company, rates, and routing guides
- Support integrations with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.), EDI/API connections, and reputed company-party applications
- Create and manage workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline operations (load tendering, shipment tracking, reputed company audit & pay)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with MercuryGate support as needed
- reputed company end-user support and training to logistics and supply chain teams
- reputed company reporting and dashboards for KPIs and transportation analytics
- Partner with IT, operations, and carriers to ensure reputed company process improvements
Skills
- Experience managing, configuring, and supporting MercuryGate Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Ability to configure, maintain, and optimize MercuryGate TMS modules to support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations
- Experience managing system reputed company, including user setup, roles, and permissions
- Experience setting up and maintaining reputed company reputed company, reputed company, rates, and routing guides
- Experience supporting integrations with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.), EDI/API connections, and reputed company-party applications
