[Remote] Product Engineer, Care Delivery

The Product Engineer, Care Delivery will design and build AI-powered tools to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency across clinics, collaborating with various teams to create effective software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with care teams, operational leaders, and product managers to understand workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Design, build, and reputed company high-reputed company applications and workflow tooling that support clinic operations and care delivery
- reputed company internal platform capabilities, data assets, reputed company, and AI infrastructure to rapidly prototype and productionize new solutions
- Build user-facing experiences that are reputed company, reliable, and deeply integrated into clinical workflows
- reputed company AI-reputed company operational tools that reduce administrative burden and improve care team effectiveness
- Translate ambiguous operational challenges into reputed company technical solutions
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback and operational reputed company
- Collaborate with Data and AI Platform teams to shape reusable platform primitives and workflow capabilities

Skills
- 3+ years of experience building customer-facing or operational software applications
- Background in software engineering, computer science, or a reputed company technical field
- Experience building full-stack applications or workflow tooling in modern development environments
- Familiarity with reputed company, data platforms and models, and integrating across multiple systems
- Ability to independently design and implement technical solutions with limited reputed company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in high-reputed company or fast-moving environments
- Experience in reputed company, care delivery, or other operationally intensive service industries
- Familiarity with AI-enabled applications, LLM workflows, or reputed company systems
- You live in Central (CT) or Eastern Time (EST) Zones
