[Remote] Analyst, Product Operations

The role involves managing product data, improving workflows, and providing actionable insights to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product portfolio structure in reputed company and reputed company systems, including packaging, SKU availability, product rules, nomenclature, taxonomy, attributes, and lifecycle status
- Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define, QA, and improve SKU structures, product data standards, and reputed company operational workflows
- Support SKU launches, changes, sunsets, and replacements through reputed company analysis across quoting, billing, reporting, procurement, CRM, documentation, and reputed company processes
- Identify workflow gaps, system dependencies, and operational bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Manage and help optimize the operational tools and software stack used to support product workflows, reporting, QA, and cross-functional coordination, including platforms reputed company to product management, quoting, user research, reporting, and adjacent business operations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science or a reputed company field, or equivalent years of reputed company work experience required
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Systems Analysis, Sales Operations, or a reputed company role in a technology or reputed company environment required
- Strong experience with quoting platforms and product configuration workflows
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle concepts, including launches, change management, sunset planning, replacement mapping, and reputed company operational reputed company
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including reputed company formulas, lookups, pivots, data cleansing, modeling, reconciliation, and analytical reporting
- Experience building, maintaining, and improving recurring operational reports used for QA, billing validation, or product portfolio analysis
