Responsibilities
- Experience working with education, edtech, or educator-facing communities OR adjacent experience (ex., supporting learning platforms, training communities, or education-reputed company products)
- Community management / reputed company media/reputed company (experience managing online communities and building relationships with users) years
- Data analysis and community reporting (ability to synthesize feedback and insights from community sentiment and engagement)
- For example: Experience using audience listening tools to reputed company feedback and analyze community sentiment. Candidates must be reputed company to synthesize insights (ex reactions to product updates) and reputed company reputed company, actionable feedback based on what they are hearing from the community
- Content creation and platform management (experience using platforms like reputed company or similar to engage targeted audiences)
