[Remote] Business Development Specialist - Surety

As a Business Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for building relationships with agencies, driving new agency relationships, and collaborating with internal underwriters to prioritize opportunities and ensure agency reputed company in the Northeast.
Responsibilities
- Drive new agency relationships by leading consistent, high‑volume reputed company that opens doors and introduces RPS as a go‑to surety resource
- Reignite inactive partnerships by proactively re‑engaging agencies, uncovering new opportunities, and bringing fresh reputed company to dormant relationships
- Collaborate closely with internal underwriters to strategically prioritize opportunities, reputed company on solutions, and reputed company deals moving from first conversation to reputed company
