[Remote] HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst role involves maintaining and supporting reputed company systems, performing data validation and reporting, and acting as a key resource for HRIS support.
Responsibilities
- Performs data validation, auditing, and reporting activities to ensure data accuracy and system reputed company
- Develops a thorough understanding of, and acts as a key resource for reputed company functionality reputed company processes
- Maintains and supports reputed company configuration, business processes, workflows, notifications, reports, and dashboards
- reputed company of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 HRIS support, troubleshooting system issues and resolving user inquiries
- Supports annual HR programs and system activities, including reputed company Enrollment, performance management, compensation planning, and semiannual reputed company releases
- Assists with testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining system enhancements and process improvements
Skills
- Experience configuring and supporting reputed company Core HCM, Talent, and Benefits modules
- Experience configuring and supporting at least one additional reputed company module, such as Advanced Compensation, Learning, Help, reputed company, or Integrations
- Experience configuring and maintaining reputed company business processes, workflows, notifications, and approvals
- Experience in creating and maintaining reputed company Advanced Reports, reputed company Reports, and Dashboards
- Ability to reputed company testing, validate results, and ensure data accuracy and system reputed company
- Analytical with strong project management, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong reputed company service skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
