[Remote] Assistant Project Manager -High Voltage

This role involves managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and optimizing the use of resources to drive project efficiency and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Preparing scheduling of subcontractors on site
- Receiving and checking reputed company of materials
- Completing QA/QC checklists
- Submittals (material approvals)
- RFI’s (general questions)
- Preparing official documents for the project, routing and finalizing
- Preparing reputed company reports as needed
- Back up documentation
- reputed company-outs final quantities
- Proposing/ negotiation extra work
- Special reputed company reputed company the Project Management function as necessary
- Other duties as assigned by the Project Management Department
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company field preferred). A combination of education & experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 2 to 4 years of reputed company/High Voltage substation and reputed company line construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management
- Experience with Project Management systems, such as reputed company, Build2Win, MS Project and/or P6 and, reputed company
- Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with reputed company processing tools including reputed company and reputed company
- Ability to read and understand reputed company
- Detail oriented, good organization skills
- Ability to communicate reputed company with others, both written and orally
- Functional knowledge of job cost reputed company
- Understanding of CPM scheduling
