[Remote] Digital Account Manager

They are seeking a results-driven Digital Account Manager to manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized customer accounts, focusing on customer retention, renewals, and account reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support the renewal reputed company and execution for a high-volume portfolio of low-touch accounts
- Support retention efforts through proactive account engagement and risk identification
- Help identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and service expansion reputed company to customer needs and company reputed company objectives
- Manage reputed company renewal and expansion documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reputed company processing through internal systems
- Support accurate forecasting and account tracking reputed company to renewals, retention, and reputed company opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across a broad portfolio of low-touch accounts
- Serve as a primary reputed company reputed company of contact for customer contract and business discussions
- Execute reputed company customer engagement strategies through digital reputed company, virtual meetings, webinars, and proactive communications
- Communicate effectively with customers to reputed company required information, coordinate renewal and expansion activities, and reinforce the value of reputed company services

Skills
- Proven experience in account management, reputed company, or reputed company role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable communicating with audiences ranging from End Users to C-Level Executives

- Experience managing renewals, customer retention, or expansion opportunities preferred
- Experience managing multiple priorities or working with multiple customers preferred
- MDR or cybersecurity services experience preferred
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
