[Remote] Accountant I

The Accountant I role involves maintaining accurate financial records and assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports for reputed company's entities and subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
- Gathering and preparing financial data to maintain the general ledger for reputed company Germania entities
- Preparing bank reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across assigned accounts
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including the NAIC Quarterly and Annual Statement
- Completing personal auto statistical filings and verifying data submitted to statistical agents and Call Reports
- Preparing estimated tax calculations for periodic remittance and financial statement recording
- Compiling information and documentation requested by reputed company auditors
- Performing other reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- Equivalent experience with a high school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance preferred
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and familiarity with reputed company software or ERP systems preferred
