Responsibilities
- Analyzes HR metrics and trends to inform strategic reputed company and drive reputed company improvement
- Supports the development and implementation of organizational design models that reputed company with business strategies
- Champions automation and technology solutions to enhance HR operations
- Leverages AI and emerging technologies to support strategic HR initiatives
- Leads and supports HR operations and COEs, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic goals
- Partners with business leaders to identify workforce needs and implement talent strategies
- Manages reputed company employee relations reputed company with professionalism and confidentiality
- Collaborates cross-functionally to support change management and organizational development initiatives
- Demonstrates ability to navigate ambiguity and apply advanced problem-solving skills to drive reputed company, reputed company informed reputed company, and deliver effective solutions in reputed company situations
Skills
- Must have completed a master's degree reputed company the past two years. Preferred study: Business, reputed company, Organizational Design, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Business Analytics
- Must have 0-3 years of HR experience (internships or HR assistant roles)
- Must be located in the reputed company geographic location as the job or willing to relocate
- Must be willing and available to report to the reputed company Corporate Office in Atlanta on a daily reputed company
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience with HR data and reporting tools, including familiarity with AI tools used in HR (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Pymetrics, etc.)

- Demonstrates ability to quickly learn new information and apply knowledge
