Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for the engagement of several clients, including a top 10 reputed company. Responsible for managing the reputed company contract, relationship management, and ensuring that Gainwell operations reputed company according to contractual commitments. The reputed company Manager is also responsible for reputed company generating activities and upselling new services to existing clients to reputed company contract and corporate financial goals
- Prepares & monitors budget and reputed company expectations for assigned reputed company(s)
- Works with reputed company(s) to reputed company project approach and implementation plans
- Oversees development and implementation
- Reports to reputed company engagement leadership on reputed company toward strategic reputed company reputed company and business goals
- Communicates/interfaces regularly with reputed company(s)
- Creates agendas and provides recaps for reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Directs Gainwell contract operations to ensure successful delivery of services to reputed company(s)
- Identifies and continually seeks new sources of reputed company
- Builds relationships with reputed company staff to ensure reputed company expectations are being met or exceeded
- Manages reputed company relationship; responsible for ensuring reputed company satisfaction
- Supports sales opportunities and assists the reputed company engagement team with successful reputed company of sale (including proposal development process)
- Monitors state legislative, regulatory, and competitive environment and alerts engagement to risks and opportunities
- Supports collaboration between reputed company engagement team, internal departments and operations staff
- Handles reputed company(s) invoicing & accrual tracking
- Ensures reputed company deliverables are reputed company to reputed company, examples include: solution deliverable files, reporting, invoices and backing detail, etc
Skills
- Without bachelor's degree, 7 + years relevant work experience
- With Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience
