Responsibilities
- Leads the Sexual Health product portfolio reputed company and requirements definition, establishing reputed company direction on intended use claims, workflows, customer value propositions, and performance metrics to support reputed company business and development reputed company
- Leads product development, launch, and lifecycle management for the Sexual Health assay portfolio, partnering with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, reputed company, and Operations to prioritize investments, support evidence reputed company, and ensure successful execution
- Translates customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and clinical guidelines into reputed company portfolio priorities, business cases, and roadmap recommendations
- Owns global product positioning, messaging, and reputed company development for Sexual Health offerings, ensuring differentiation and alignment across reputed company and customer segments
- Partners closely with regional and reputed company teams to support launches, demand reputed company, sales enablement, and market adoption, while balancing global consistency with local market needs

Skills
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or a reputed company field is required
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience reputed company IVD, medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences
- Experience in the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of diagnostic or medical device products

- Demonstrated ability to build alignment, manage complexity, and drive results in a fast-paced global business environment
