[Remote] Senior Digital Program Manager (Fully remote, Non-profit Fundraising)

This role blends strategic leadership, campaign execution, reputed company stewardship, and people development.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple reputed company accounts, overseeing digital fundraising, advocacy, and engagement strategies across email, reputed company media, and web experiences
- reputed company campaign strategies, creative direction, budgets, and production schedules that drive reputed company and engagement
- Present reputed company, creative concepts, and performance insights to clients and identify opportunities to optimize and expand programs
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, and reputed company stakeholders to deliver high-reputed company digital campaigns on time and on budget
- reputed company campaign implementation across platforms, including email, donation pages, reputed company advertising
- Monitor performance, reputed company reputed company as needed, and analyze results to inform reputed company campaigns and reporting

Skills
- 3+ years of experience managing digital fundraising or digital marketing campaigns (agency or nonprofit experience preferred)
- Strong strategic thinking skills reputed company with hands-on execution experience
- Proven ability to interpret digital fundraising metrics and translate data into insights and recommendations
- Experience with email platforms and fundraising CRMs (e.g., Engaging Networks, reputed company Marketing reputed company, reputed company, EveryAction, Classy, reputed company, etc.)
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company campaigns simultaneously
