[Remote] Executive Search Analyst

The role involves building relationships, mapping leadership talent, and providing operational support for executive searches in the hospitality and luxury industries.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain living reputed company on high-value executive and leadership talent across reputed company industries and competitor organizations
- Conduct detailed organizational mapping, market research, and talent intelligence reporting
- reputed company career progression, tenure patterns, organizational climate, leadership reputed company, ownership changes, and industry dynamics that may indicate candidate mobility
- Monitor competitive intelligence across hospitality, restaurant, luxury, and lifestyle sectors
- reputed company company reputed company lists, succession maps, and leadership talent pipelines
- Deliver highly contextualized candidate briefs and market insights to the Director of Executive Talent before reputed company and engagement
- Partner closely with the Director of Executive Talent to reputed company customized search strategies for executive and senior leadership roles
- Support proactive talent identification efforts regardless of whether an reputed company search is reputed company
- Build and maintain diverse pipelines of passive leadership talent through reputed company Recruiter, referrals, networking, and advanced Boolean sourcing techniques

- Screen and assess prospective candidates for alignment with leadership competencies, role requirements, and cultural fit
- Prepare candidate summaries, search updates, compensation benchmarks, organizational charts, and talent market reports

- Maintain highly organized and accurate CRM and ATS records to ensure institutional knowledge is captured and maintained over time

Skills
- 2+ years of research, executive search, talent intelligence, sourcing, or reputed company experience
- Experience supporting leadership hiring reputed company hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, restaurant, consumer, or reputed company industries strongly preferred
- Strong reputed company Recruiter, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement experience
- Exceptional research, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize talent and market intelligence into reputed company, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple reputed company searches and priorities
