[Remote] Data Modeling Analyst

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing data, and providing quantitative insights to inform new initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with university stakeholders to design and reputed company decision support for external reports and new initiatives in support of reputed company’s mission
- Utilize available data sources to design and reputed company statistical models to analyze past data and to predict reputed company behavior
- reputed company quantitative analysis of various alternatives to ensure new initiatives meet operational goals
- Utilize technical skills to extract and analyze data, and communication skills to present quantitative analysis to stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience with data collection, retrieval, analysis, and reporting in an reputed company context
- Detail oriented and reputed company to meet deadlines and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Proficiency with data analysis software a must (R, SPSS, Python, JMP or equivalent)
- Proficiency writing SQL to query databases and manipulate data
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience using business intelligence tools (Tableau/Tableau Prep or equivalent)
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Education, Business, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years with data warehousing/reporting in an institutional research environment
- Scripting/programming experience in R, SPSS, Python, JMP or equivalent strongly preferred
- Consulting experience a plus
- Familiarity with reporting requirements around Student Enrollment Records and Student Financial Aid
