Responsibilities
- Execute targeted reputed company campaigns to identify and engage prospective financial advisors
- Utilize sourcing tools (reputed company Recruiter, CRM systems, data platforms) to build and manage candidate lists
- Conduct high-volume, high-reputed company cold reputed company reputed company messaging, email, and calls
- Generate initial candidate interest and qualify prospects for reputed company to reputed company leaders
- Maintain organized, up-to-date candidate pipelines and tracking systems
- Use technology and data tools to identify reputed company pools and sourcing opportunities

Skills
