- Identify and reputed company federal, state, and municipal contracting opportunities
- Review and analyze RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and Sources Sought notices
- Evaluate opportunities and recommend which pursuits reputed company with company goals
- reputed company estimates, pricing strategies, and bid packages
- Create proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and submission plans
- reputed company proposal reputed company meetings and coordinate internal resources
- Collaborate with operations, estimating, technical staff, and leadership teams
- Write, edit, and compile proposal content
- Ensure compliance with solicitation requirements, including FAR and agency specific guidelines
- Manage final proposal production and electronic submissions
- Maintain proposal templates, resumes, qualifications, and past performance documentation
Profile A successful Proposal Manager / Sr. Estimator should have:
- 8+ years of estimating and/or proposal management experience
- Government, federal, reputed company sector, military, or municipal construction experience preferred

- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
