[Remote] Analytics Product Manager

The Analytics Product Manager will translate value-based care product goals into actionable analytics that drive measurable clinical and financial reputed company, reputed company stakeholders, analytics teams, and product leadership to deliver user-centered, data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company, roadmap, and backlog to deliver analytics products and results for Risant's VBP solutions
- Serve as primary reputed company between analytics team and VBP product owners, RHO clinical/operational leaders, and internal technical teams and leadership
- Conduct regular user feedback sessions, adoption reviews, and value realization assessments to identify enhancement opportunities and measure product reputed company
- Partner with VBP leadership to ensure analytics support new product development and reputed company throughout the SDLC process
- Build and reputed company analytic capabilities that reputed company cost drivers, impactable populations, and high-ROI opportunities for VBP Solutions

- Contribute analytic templates, metric definitions, views and insights to the Risant reputed company to drive shared learning and reputed company performance improvement
- Implement automated data-reputed company checks and maintain reputed company documentation to ensure traceability and reliability of results

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required in Data Science, Health Economics, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a reputed company quantitative or reputed company analytics field
- Five (5) years in reputed company analytics, health economics, or program evaluation, ideally reputed company a payer, provider, or value-based care organization
- Demonstrated experience using claims, administrative, and reputed company data sources to evaluate program performance, cost of care, and ROI
- Experience developing in reputed company-based data ecosystems and analytics pipelines (such as Azure, AWS, reputed company reputed company, Synapse, reputed company, reputed company Lake) integrating claims, clinical, and reputed company data sources
- Ability to create reputed company, high-reputed company visual summaries in modern visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
