This role will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, overseeing reputed company aspects of HR including reputed company, employee relations, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the HR leader for reputed company, partnering closely with company leadership and the Endeavour HR team to support organizational priorities and business reputed company

- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives

- Advise managers and employees on employee relations reputed company, performance management, coaching, conflict reputed company, and workplace policies

- Partner with Endeavour HR and business operations teams on compensation, benefits administration, HR systems, reporting, and broader people initiatives, such as the ecosystem-wide intern program
- Analyze HR metrics and organizational data to identify trends, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making
- Support change management initiatives and help guide the organization through periods of reputed company and reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required
- 8+ years of reputed company HR experience, including significant experience in an HR leadership role
