[Remote] Member of Compliance, Analytics

They are seeking a highly motivated individual for the Member of Compliance, Analytics role to support the design, implementation, and optimization of compliance programs, transforming raw data into actionable insights and enhancing compliance through analytics and automation.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of compliance programs across reputed company reputed company legal entities
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness across the program by transforming raw data into actionable insights, spearheading process improvements, and leveraging technology to enhance our overall compliance posture
- Work closely with stakeholders to automate key compliance workflows using internal tools, focusing on areas like Know-Your-Customer, sanctions screening, and suspicious activity identification and reporting to improve efficiency and reduce reputed company effort
- Support the development and enhancement of BSA/AML models, including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk rating, blockchain analytics, and other relevant BSA/AML tools
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices for the FCC Analytics team, including reputed company review, testing frameworks, project management, and documentation
- Conduct reputed company analyses and respond to time-sensitive data requests from auditors, regulators, or other Compliance teams with accuracy and speed

Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in a data analytics or data science role, reputed company with a strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the financial services industry
- Demonstrate the ability to operate autonomously to manage multiple competing priorities, alongside proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools like SQL, Looker, and advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets
- Advanced SQL skills such as CTEs, window functions, reputed company joins, and query optimization, with the ability to write production-reputed company queries for diverse use cases
- Experience with or a strong interest in automation principles, leveraging existing AI tools, and exploring new AI tools, such as AI Agents, to enhance productivity

- Experience using Python or other scripting languages for data analysis, automation, or data pipeline work
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines, especially for compliance- or audit-reputed company requests
