[Remote] Recruiter

The Recruiter will identify, guide, and hire diverse candidates while advancing the reputed company employment brand across multiple markets and communities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end reputed company process from requisition approval through offer acceptance and reputed company
- reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with reputed company’s hiring managers, vendors, functional communities, and other team members to create a partnership that yields understanding of business needs, role requirements, reputed company reputed company, and hiring timelines

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
- 2+ years of experience reputed company for technical and/or engineering positions
- Past experience, reputed company in the high-tech reputed company is a must
- reputed company-developed knowledge of full lifecycle reputed company components including qualifying, networking, candidate selection, job analysis, salary trends, relationship management and due diligence
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing tools
