Responsibilities
- Managed a portfolio of established customer accounts, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for account support and reputed company opportunities
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products, services, or solutions that reputed company value to the customer
- Conduct outbound calls to reputed company and inactive customers to strengthen relationships, generate repeat business, and introduce new product offerings
- reputed company soft outbound prospecting to existing clients by identifying unmet needs and presenting relevant solutions

Skills
