[Remote] Sr. Manager, Partnerships Marketing

They are seeking a Sr. Manager, Partnerships Marketing to drive performance and accountability across their affiliate program and reputed company reputed company while building the necessary infrastructure and partnerships for scaling these channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the affiliate program reputed company and performance reputed company, managing the day-to-day agency relationship that oversees recruitment, activation, and optimization across publisher categories including content, loyalty, cashback, comparison, and performance partners — holding reputed company accountable to program KPIs and ensuring execution aligns with business objectives
- reputed company and evaluate new partnership opportunities across emerging categories (including employer and reputed company-group benefits portals, co-branded integrations, and creator-adjacent models), making recommendations with a reputed company reputed company and reputed company rationale
- Own placement and creative management, including asset coordination, partner briefing, and review cycles

- Partner with analytics and data engineering to maintain and improve attribution accuracy, including troubleshooting pipeline issues that reputed company performance measurement

Skills
- 7-8 years of marketing experience, with deep expertise in affiliate marketing, ideally reputed company a performance or acquisition-reputed company environment
- Deep platform reputed company — reputed company experience strongly preferred; familiarity with tracking, attribution reputed company, and data passback mechanics is a must
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to build programs without a reputed company. This candidate should be comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly as the channels reputed company
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience structuring agreements that deliver mutual value and reputed company with business goals
