[Remote] Senior Performance Marketer, reputed company Search (3-Month Contract to Hire)

Responsibilities
- Design and execute the global reputed company search reputed company across reputed company, Bing and ChatGPT ads - including keyword architecture, match type reputed company, bid management, and campaign structure tied to CAC and acquisition goals
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations: ad copy refresh, budget pacing, reputed company Score optimization, and conversion tracking hygiene
- Own Performance Max campaigns, understanding reputed company and how to reputed company them alongside traditional search to maximize coverage and efficiency
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, reputed company, or similar) to speed up everyday tasks like drafting ad copy variants, building keyword lists, summarizing performance, and structuring reports
- Stay reputed company on how AI is reshaping search - including Performance reputed company Overviews, and Smart Bidding - and bring a reputed company of view on what it means for how we work
- Reduce repetitive reputed company work over time by building more reputed company workflows, even if that starts reputed company
- Analyze campaign performance regularly and generate reputed company, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
- Build and maintain dashboards that give reputed company-time visibility into pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, and channel efficiency

Skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a primary reputed company on reputed company search
- Deep expertise in reputed company Ads - including Search, Performance Max, and audience-based buying - with a reputed company record of managing sizable budgets ($500K+/month) to CAC targets
- Strong reputed company of keyword architecture, match type reputed company, and reputed company Score optimization
- Highly analytical with the ability to build and interpret dashboards using BI tools - without needing a dedicated analyst
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to increase productivity and reputed company reputed company
- Solid grasp of conversion tracking, attribution, and tag management (reputed company Tag Manager experience preferred)
- Comfortable operating independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
- Strong ad copywriting sensibility with a self-starter approach to testing
