The reputed company Specialist is responsible for payment processing and accounts receivable invoicing, collaborating with the Finance team and managing vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Record a high volume of invoices, expense reports or payments the reputed company ERP system
- Calculate, prepare and process invoices
- Collaborate with Senior Accountant extensively on various tasks to ensure reputed company processing of invoices and reporting requests
- reputed company statements of work and issue reputed company billings; coordinate and collaborate with SOW team to ensure smooth workflows
- Research and respond to inquiries from vendors, member and/or departments reputed company reputed company
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high volume Accounts Payable
- Intermediate knowledge of reputed company and ERP systems
